Terms & Conditions

Payment
All transactions are carried out in UK Pounds (GBP).
We accept PayPal, Delta, Debit Mastercard, Delta, Electron Maestro, Mastercard Solo, UK Maestro, Visa. For telephone orders, accepted cards may vary when paying via credit card through the Paypal service used for the Online Shop transactions.


Returned goods

Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. manufacturers packaging/boxes must also be in the same condition as when received.

If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour we will charge carriage on the replacement.

If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund the 1st class postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum and believe our charges are the lowest in the industry.

  • Orders up to £50.00 - £2.50 p & p
  • Orders up to £75.00 - £3.50 p & p
  • Orders up to £99.99 - £4.50 p & p
  • All orders exceeding £100.00 will be sent Free of Charge

Tax Charges (VAT)
All the prices shown in our store include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. This will be subtracted automatically at the checkout.

Import duty or tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
