Beach Fishing:We are somewhat blessed with some of the best flat ground fishing beach  based cod, whiting and bass fishing in the UK, and all within a couple of hours drive of Kings Lynn.  All the top beaches perform well on their day, these beaches include Salthouse, Weybourne, Sheringham, Trimingham, Southwold, Walcott, Caister, Kessingland, Hunstanton, Yarmouth etc etc.

While we do not have the experience to guide anglers for beach fishing, we do have enough knowledge to provide the tackle and bait + up to date news on where is fishing  well and on what bait and method so if you are thinking of trying our beaches just call in or give us a ring and if we can help you we will.

Boat Fishing:I firmly believe that we have, on the right day, the best tope fishing in the UK, in the Wash and surrounding areas. The average size tope here are in excess of 30lb, with 40’s common, 50’s not unusual & 60’s do come out every season, with far bigger fish present but not often landed. (my best is 65lb !) 20 fish days are not uncommon (that’s landed, not just runs !)

The boat fishing scene for cod is also very vibrant, with fish to 25lb + being caught each year off both the wrecks on off clean ground, and you don’t have to go out far either, which is helpful in today’s high priced fuel climate. Other species to be caught locally include bass to 8lb +, spur dog to 19lb + (we had one on our boat of 19lb 4oz !) smooth hounds to 20lb +, thornback to double figures, mackerel, whiting etc.
