Top quality guided pike fishing is available

East Anglia has long been the pike anglers Mecca, with the vast areas of the Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire Fens providing superb bank based sport on Fen drains ranging from tiny 20ft wide land drains to big wide flood relief drains and rivers such as the Relief Channel, the Cut off Channel and the middle level system, to name but a few. There are also numerous stillwaters that hold numbers of pike, and there are still a few “undiscovered” waters and areas of drains for the adventurers among us.

And of course who can forget the magnificent Norfolk Broads. These vast broads and rivers all hold specimen pike and even the most dedicated boat piker would be hard pressed to fish it all in a lifetime. Every year one or more of the broads produce pike in excess of the magic 30lb barrier so why not give us a call to arrange a days guided session. You certainly won’t be disappointed and even if the fishing is slow you will learn a bit about the fishing history of the areas and know what areas to try for yourself in the future.

TackleWe can supply all tackle or you can bring your own, whatever suits you best.
The tackle I use is as follows: Shimano rods in 12ft, 2lb to 3.5lb test, all through action, Shimano reels, (fished open bail) Delkim alarms on the front rest and my own make drop off indicators on the rear rest under the reel, as well as float fishing methods.

Re: end tackle, I have used double hooks exclusively for the last 15 years but if you want to use your own end tackle I don’t have a problem with trebles but like to see the barbs nipped down. (easier to unhook from landing nets at 3am !) Wire is 30lb to 50lb, and main line is usually 15lb and if you are short of anything our shop holds plenty of predator tackle should you wish to stock up before or after our session !.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
